All of our Lamb is locally sourced, enabling us to support our local farmers. We endeavor to source from within a 30 mile radius, however we have not yet exeeded 10 miles! All of the Lambs we source are fully grass fed and finished on haylage resulting in a healthier and therefore happier animal. The Lamb Henry is a true rival to the lamb shank. Cut from the shoulder and with a higher meat to bone ratio, this cut is stunning when cooked low and slow. Traditionally this cut is sold in a mint marinade, you can select this option if you wish.
