All of our Lamb is locally sourced, enabling us to support our local farmers. We endeavor to source from within a 30 mile radius, however we have not yet exeeded 10 miles! All of the Lambs we source are fully grass fed and finished on haylage resulting in a healthier and therefore happier animal.
A versatile cut of lamb. Great for the pan, grill, BBQ, braising or roasting.
