Belly Pork

All of our Pork is locally sourced from within a 10 mile radius of the shop. We currently use 2 local family run farms, where the pigs are bred and reared to a consistently high standard ensuring the best tasting product every time.
 
Taken from the Underside of the pig, the belly is a long piece of meat with plenty of fat worked into the meat. Although prized for curing and making bacon with, it’s also the beginning of a beautiful Sunday roast, served with crispy roast potatoes, seasonal veg and homemade Yorkshire puddings...
