Sirloin steak

All of our Beef is mainly Angus and Herefords which are locally sourced, enabling us to support our local farmers. We endeavor to source from within a 30 mile radius, however we have not yet exeeded 10 miles! All of the Beef we source is fully grass fed and finished on haylage resulting in a healthier and therefore happier animal.
 
Taken from the loin, the sirloin is a lean and tasty choice perfect for that Friday night Steak night! Bring to room temperature before pan frying or grilling and serve with a plate of buttery new potatoes and peas.
