T-Bone Steak - 16oz

All of our Beef is mainly Angus and Herefords which are locally sourced, enabling us to support our local farmers. We endeavor to source from within a 30 mile radius, however we have not yet exeeded 10 miles! All of the Beef we source is fully grass fed and finished on haylage resulting in a healthier and therefore happier animal.
 
Cut from the loin, the T-Bone is a meat lovers dream. Fillet on one side and sirloin on the other.
