Steak Stir Fry Strips

All of our Beef is mainly Angus and Herefords which are locally sourced, enabling us to support our local farmers. We endeavor to source from within a 30 mile radius, however we have not yet exeeded 10 miles! All of the Beef we source is fully grass fed and finished on haylage resulting in a healthier and therefore happier animal.
 
Cut from the tail end of the fillet, these succulent and tender steak strips are perfect to throw in the wok with your fave stir fry veggies.
