Cote de Boeuf - 800-900g

All of our Beef is mainly Angus and Herefords which are locally sourced, enabling us to support our local farmers. We endeavor to source from within a 30 mile radius, however we have not yet exeeded 10 miles! All of the Beef we source is fully grass fed and finished on haylage resulting in a healthier and therefore happier animal.
 
Cut from the rib section, and left on the bone, this Cote de Boeuf is full of flavour and a real treat.
