Belly Pork Slices 1kg

All of our Pork is locally sourced from within a 10 mile radius of the shop. We currently use 2 local family run farms, where the pigs are bred and reared to a consistently high standard ensuring the best tasting product every time.
 
Taken from the Underside of the pig, the belly is a long piece of meat with plenty of fat worked into the meat. Although prized for curing and making bacon with, these belly slices are equally perfect on the bbq or add Cajun seasoning and roast on a bed of halved potatoes for a low cost midweek treat!
