Stuffed Belly of Pork

All of our Pork is locally sourced from within a 10 mile radius of the shop. We currently use 2 local family run farms, where the pigs are bred and reared to a consistently high standard ensuring the best tasting product every time.

This belly of pork is stuffed with pork and fresh apple sausagemeat then rolled, tied and coated in a pepper steak coater.

Available in 8oz slices, 1kg or 2kg joints
