Bone in Loin of Pork

All of our Pork is locally sourced from within a 10 mile radius of the shop. We currently use 2 local family run farms, where the pigs are bred and reared to a consistently high standard ensuring the best tasting product every time.
 
A popular cut for roasting, this loin of Pork on the bone is a lean cut with a good top layer of fat, diamond scored to create that perfect crunchy crackling.
