Bone in Leg of Pork

All of our Pork is locally sourced from within a 10 mile radius of the shop. We currently use 2 local family run farms, where the pigs are bred and reared to a consistently high standard ensuring the best tasting product every time.
 
This leg of Pork on the bone is a leaner roasting joint, diamond scored to create a beautiful crispy crackling. Best slow roasted, the juices from this bone in leg of pork will also make a delicious homemade gravy.
