Bone In Shoulder of Pork

All of our Pork is locally sourced from within a 10 mile radius of the shop. We currently use 2 local family run farms, where the pigs are bred and reared to a consistently high standard ensuring the best tasting product every time.
 
Most often used for pulled pork, the shoulder otherwise known as a Boston butt, has just the right ratio of fat to meat. Cooked slowly for a juicy full of flavour family favourite. Serve with lashings of bbq sauce in a brioche bun with a side of homemade slaw and buttery baked corn on the cob.
